*An Abused Bard
Quest offered by Felvos Droryn (located in Vivec, The Black Shalk). He starts disabled and the quest is not available until player has completed the official quest The Beauty and the Bandit. Initiated through the topic 'took my lute' (linked through a greeting). Felvos will tell (and re-tell) up to ten stories depending on the player's experiences.
*The Armorer's Hammer
Quest offered by Ralen Tilvur (located in Vivec, Ralen Tilver: Smith). Speak with him on the topic 'that master's hammer' (linked through the topic 'background').
*A Book for a Bosmer
Quest offered by Baurin (located in Vivec, Guild of Fighters). Speak with her on the topic 'this book' (linked through her rather lengthy 'background' topic). The first clue is in The Rat in the Pot in Ald'ruhn. The good people of Gnaar Mok will help you locate the fortress. Once inside, watch for a note on a chest.
*A Clean Khajiit
Quest offered by Baissa (located in Vivec, Foreign Quarters Upper Waistworks). Initiated by trying to sell her moon sugar or skooma. When disposition is high enough the topic 'Baissa's friend' will reveal a name.
*Craeitia's Missing Alembic
Quest offered by Craeitia Jullalian (located in Vivec, Guild of Mages). Speak with her on the topic 'inability to make potions' (linked through the topic 'my trade'). There are multiple pathways to complete the quest.
*Death of an Ordinator
Quest offered by Sevyni Saryon (located in Vivec, Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks). Speak with her on the topic 'tragic affair' (linked through the topic 'background'). There are multiple pathways to complete the quest.
*A Hair Shirt
Quest offered by Agrippina Herennia (located in Vivec, Aggripina Herennia: Clothier). Not available until player successfully completes her first quest Healthy Competition, and the player has completed the official Temple quest: Temple: Hair Shirt of St. Aralor. Speak with her on the topic 'make one' (linked through the topic 'little secret'). A mad cultist would be found in a Daedric shrine - there are two in Vivec.
*Healthy Competition
Quest offered by Agrippina Herennia (located in Vivec, Aggripina Herennia: Clothier). Speak with her on the topic 'competition' (linked through the topic 'my trade').
*A Pilgrim's Path
Quest offered by Seryn Othralen. Speak with him on the topic 'my copy' (linked through the topic 'specific place'). The book is not too deep into Red Mountain, along the main approach.
*A Son's Connection to His Father
Quest offered by Letreius Muco (located in Vivec, Foreign Quarter Canalworks). Speak with him on the topic 'Muco family ring' (linked through the topic 'background').
*Twin Lamps Intercept
Quest offered by Jobasha (located in Vivec, Jobasha's Rare Books). Not available until player successfully completes Jobasha's first quest Twin Lamps Reconnaissance. Player will be prompted to see Jobasha (be punctual). Initiated through a greeting. The quest is timed but there is adequate to intercept at either location using conventional (sea) travel - that is how it was tested. There are multiple pathways to success and failure.
*Twin Lamps Reconnaissance
Quest offered by Jobasha (located in Vivec, Jobasha's Rare Books). Not available until player is acknowledged by Jobasha as a member of the Twin Lamps (this usually means the player has started the official quest House Hlaalu: The Twin Lamps. Speak with him on the topic 'Twin Lamps'. There are multiple pathways to success and failure - mostly failure.

Service/Quest offered by Miun Gei (located in Vivec, Miun-Gei: Enchanter). Speak with him on the topic 'able to help me' (linked through the topic 'my trade'). Miun Gei offers unique enchantments in barter for charged soul gems. Can be done repeatedly.
*A Khajiit Healer
Service/Quest offered by J'Rasha (located in Vivec, J'Rasha: Healer). Speak with him on the topic 'permanent disease resistance' (linked through the topic 'my trade'). You can probably guess what J'Rasha offers.
*A Side Business
Service/Quest offered by Simine Fralinie (located in Vivec, Simine Fralinie: Bookseller). Speak with him on the topic 'my bookstore' (linked through the topic 'background'). Finally full value for all your Dwemer contraband. Open-ended.
*A Well-Connected Smith
Service/Quest offered by Alusaron (located in Vivec, Alursaron: Smith). Speak with him on the topic 'exotic items' (linked through the topic 'services'). Up to nine items are sought; determined randomly not on the same day.
