	1. DESCRIPTION

     **********************************************************************

Less Generic NPC mods provide unique dialogue filtered for individual
NPCs that replaces the generic responses usually encountered and
     create individual personalities and backstories.

LGNPC Tel Uvirith adds new dialogue and develops the personality of
every NPC in the Telvanni stronghold of Tel Uvirith as well as other
quest-related NPCs. Their characters are further developed as the
     player investigates seven new quests.

To fully utilize the features of this plugin, the player must belong
to House Telvanni. The new quests require Telvanni affiliation and
the retainers are hostile to non-Telvanni. However, there are other
NPCs not associated with the Telvanni stronghold that have been given
     new dialogue.

This archive consists of a plug-in module (.esp), and a readme and
     walkthrough file (.txt).

Unzip the archive into your Morrowind\Data Files directory, or manually
copy LGNPC_TelUvirith.esp into your Morrowind\Data Files folder.
If asks to overwrite, choose [Yes].

     **********************************************************************

	3. USING THE PLUG-IN

     **********************************************************************

From the Morrowind Launcher, open Data Files and check the box next
     to LGNPC_TelUvirith.esp

This plug-in depends on Morrowind only.

It can be used with a new game or an existing saved game.

Users of LGNPC Tel Uvirith version 1.30 or later:
Your existing saves will not require cleaning. Simply uncheck your
current version in your data files and check version 1.40. Ignore
the warning, they will disappear after your next save.

Users of LGNPC Tel Uvirith earlier than version 1.30:
Significant changes have been made, and your existing saved games
will not load properly unless they are first 'cleaned' using a
       utility such as Wrye Mash.

If your game is saved in a Tel Uvirith interior cell, go outside, and
re-save before activating this plugin. Otherwise the game might crash.
After it's activated however, it is safe to save anywhere.

Do not use with an earlier version of LGNPC Tel Uvirith. This plugin
is a replacement, not a patch.

It is recommended that you make a backup of your current game before
using this plug-in. It may spare you much grief should you encounter
problems or conflicts that result in your un-installing the mod.

	4. FEATURES

     **********************************************************************

LGNPC Tel Uvirith creates unique dialog for 10 existing NPCs. The four
retainers assigned to the Telvanni stronghold had decidedly different
personalities and opinions. There are approximately 1200 new dialog
entries covering over 180 new and existing topics.

We offer 7 new quests intended for Telvanni players.

     Some highlights include:

     - Negotiations with your Ashlander neighbors.
     - Find a cure for a mysterious blight disease infecting the very
       structure of Tel Uvirith.
     - Track down a necromancer who has trapped a black soul.
     - A new Brown Book is published after you have attained archmagister.
     - Gain an Imperial title of nobility.
     - A unique new way of communicating with your mouth from Tel Uvirith.
     - The Orc stronghold foreman foreshadows many of the quests.
     - Compatible with Uvirith's Legacy.

Refer to LGNPC_TelUvirith_Walkthrough.txt for assistance with any of
the quests introduced by this mod.

	6. COMPATIBILITY

     **********************************************************************

This plug-in depends on Morrowind only.

Do not use merged dialogues.esp (from TESTool) with this plug-in (or
     any other LGNPC installment)!

LGNPC Tel Uvirith has been cleaned with tes3cmd, date-stamped and
local reference indexes re-numbered with Wrye Mash. If you open this
mod in the game editor, use Wyre Mash to preserve the date stamp and
     local object reference index:

          Date stamp: 6/26/2008/11:00:00 PM
          Starting local reference index: 46759

Changing these values could alter load order and generate errors when
     loading saved games.

     CONFLICTS:

     - Minor conflict with Less Generic Nerevarine that overwrites some of
Master Aryon's and Edd Theman's dialogue. This can be mostly
resolved by having LGNPC Tel Uvirith load after Less Generic
       Nerevarine.

     - Minor conflict with Uvirith's Legacy that overwrites the content of
the book "Future House Telvanni Expansion".

     - Minor conflict with Building up Uvirith's Legacy that overwrites
some of Hlendrisa Seleth's dialogue resulting in nconsistencies
       in her personality.

     - Mods other than Uvirith Inside may alter the interior of Tel
Uvirith to a degree that may render new NPCs and objects
inaccessible. Some quests may be broken.

     - "Vampire Embrace" by Cortex shares a dialogue filter with many
LGNPC mods that could result in unexpected problems in both mods.
