Spoilers abound. Proceed at your own risk. For most quests the first sentences describe
how the quest is initiated. Following that is a broad overview of the quest and hints
     when deemed appropriate.

Some quests are introduced through greetings or rumors from NPCs not directly involved
in the quest. This merely guides the player to the quest-giver, but directly speaking
with the latter will also trigger the quest.

     ==============
     General Quests
     ==============

These quests are available to all players.

     King Rat
     ---------------------------

This quest is offered by Nelmil Hler (located in Vivec, Redoran Waistworks), but it can
be completed in his 'absence'. It is introduced through the topic 'latest rumors'. Speak
with Nelmil Hler (or a savant) on the topic 'King Rat'. The quest is available to any
level, but the player must be at least twelfth level before it can be completed. There
is one false finish, and until the player is experienced enough the quest's progress will
     be stalled.

Savants are very helpful in unfolding the quest. A hunter will provide the clue that
leads the player to Gudling the Rascal. If Daric Bielle lives, Gudling will point the
player to him. Either way, futher consultation with either a savant or Nelmil Hler will
determine if the player is ready. Once in the underworks, remember Denham Bielle's 'great
idea' - there are three in-game hints, but if they are too subtle: the player must have
rat meat in his/her inventory before King Rat will appear.

     An Ash Statue Art Collector
     ---------------------------

This quest is offered by Ulveni Daram (located in Vivec, Redoran Waistworks). Speak with
her on the topic 'ash statue'. The player will need to know the topic (it is introduced,
and this quest started, as a spur from *Ash Statues in Vivec*, but that quest is not a
     requirement).

The quest closes when the player sells Ulveni Daram an ash statue, but it is rekindled
after Relms Gilvilo learns that Ulveni Daram has one. Only the ash statue that the
player receives from Ulveni Daram will satisfy Relms Gilvilo to close the quest for
     good.

     ==============================
     House Redoran or Temple Quests
     ==============================

These quests are available only to players who are members of House Redoran and/or
     the Temple.

     An Act of Charity
     -----------------

This quest is offered by Relms Gilvilo (located in the Redoran Temple Shrine). Speak
with him on the topic 'small task' (introduced through his greeting). The quest is
available if the player has not previously killed Tedur Hlarar.

This is more of a test than a quest. However, the player is of House Redoran or the
Tribunal Temple - surely he/she can pass this test of character.

     Soul Sickness in an Orc?
     ------------------------

This quest is offered by Relms Gilvilo (located in the Redoran Temple Shrine). Speak
with him on the topic 'small task'. It is available after the player has successfully
completed *An Act of Charity*. The quest is advanced through the topic 'Ugak'.

Only the unique ash statue found in the Redoran Underworks Sixth House shrine will
     allow the quest to close.

     A Rat in Saren Manor
     --------------------

This quest is offered by Relms Gilvilo (located in the Redoran Temple Shrine). Speak
with him on the topic 'small task'. It is available after the player has successfully
completed *Soul Sickness in an Orc?*, but not while *The Case of the Missing Saren Heir*
is active. The quest is advanced through the topic 'Tedur Hlarar' when speaking with
Relms Gilvilo, Nelmil Hler and Thoryn Samori, and through the topic 'any work' when
     speaking with Tedur Hlarar.

     A Lost Spirit
     -------------

This quest is offered by Relms Gilvilo (located in the Redoran Temple Shrine). Speak
with him on the topic 'small task'. It is available after the player has completed
     *A Rat in Saren Manor*.

It should go smoothly if the instructions (recorded in the journal) are followed. There
had been confusion finding the appropriate topic to advance the quest. Speak with Relms
Gilvilo on the topic 'lost spirit'; speak with Ulveni Daram and the ladies in the
Redoran Records on the topic 'Ancestral Vaults". There is a one-day delay between the
time you inform Relms Gilvilo that Ulveni Daram will participate and the completion of
the ceremony (speak with Relms Gilvilo again).

     Ash Statues in Vivec
     --------------------

This quest is offered by Relms Gilvilo (located in the Redoran Temple Shrine). Speak
with him on the topic 'small task'. It is available after the player has completed
*A Lost Spirit* and has either at least started *An Ash Statue Art Collector* or
completed *House Redoran: Clear Varvur Sarethi's Name* (the real ending that comes
when the player follows-up the quest by speaking with Lloros Sarano as Athyn Sarethi
instructs). The quest is advanced through the topic 'ash statue'.

If the player kills Ralen Tilvur or just gets lost in the quest, St Delyn Canal
North-Two is where the goods are found. The player requires at least one ash statue
and a body count of two from that address.

Morrowind Justice for an Imperial Knight
     ----------------------------------------

Not available to players who are also members of the Imperial Legion.

This quest is offered by Faral Retheran (if player is Redoran) or Relms Gilvilo (if
player is Temple or failed to protect Guril Retheran). It is introduced through
greetings from Redoran or Temple NPCs in Vivec. Speaking with either on the topic
'Saprius Entius' will advance the quest. the player must be at least fifteenth level
before this quest is available. (It's not that difficult, but it is necessary to
     stagger these quests.)

Daroso Sethri provides information that narrows the search for Saprius Entius (he is
in a storeroom in the Arena Canalworks). The player can report Saprius Entius to
Ordinators in the Arena or take matters into his/her own hands.

     ====================
     House Redoran Quests
     ====================

These quests are available to Redoran players only.

     A Maiden's Token
     ----------------

Not available to players who are also members of the Imperial Legion.

This quest is offered by Favela Dralor (located in Dralor Manor, Redoran Plaza of
Vivec). Drelse Dralor will direct the player to see her. Speak with her on the topic
'maiden's token' (linked from her greeting).

Audenian Valius is the enchanter in the Telvanni Compound. Engage him on the topic
'Varona Melas'. Assumanu is located on the large island in southwest Sheogorad. It is
southeast of Ald Redynia on the same island, and northeast of the Urshilaku Camp and
northwest of Valenvaryon on the Vvardenfell 'mainland'.

The Case of the Missing Saren Heir
     ----------------------------------

This quest is offered by Toris Saren. It is introduced through 'latest rumors' from
Redoran NPCs in Vivec. the player must be at least fifth level before this quest is
available. The player must speak with someone other that Toris Saren in Saren Manor
to introduce the topic 'missing Saren heir'. Then speak with Toris Saren on the topic
     'missing Saren heir'.

Relms Gilvilo (located in the Redoran Temple Shirne) advances the quest to the next
stage. Speak with Toris Saren on the topic 'Saren Ancestral Tomb' to receive his
blessing to investigate the tomb. Saren Ancestral Tomb is northeast of Moonmoth in the
Molag Amor wastes. It is due east of Missamsi, and north-northeast of Arkngthand. The
player's work in the Saren Ancestral tomb is not complete until both Sojeph Saren is
discovered and a particular Daedra is killed - there will be journal updates. The
endgame of this quest is conducted through the topic 'missing Saren heir'. Speak with
Toris Saren, then Relms Gilvilo and again Toris Saren to finally close the quest -
providing the player has return Saren Redoran Founder's Helm.

     House Redoran: House War Assassination
     --------------------------------------

Not available to players that are also members of the Morag Tong.

This quest is offered by Faral Retheran. It is introduced through greetings from
Redoran NPCs in Vivec. The opening greeting with her will thrust the player into the
quest. The player must be at least tenth level before this quest is available. It will
not be offered while *Morrowind Justice for an Imperial Knight* is still active.

This is not a timed quest, but the player will receive only one reminder of his/her
duty after being instructed to go to The Flowers of Gold. If the player speaks with
someone after that, Guril Retheran will be assassinated and his daughter Faral Retheran
     will be seriously displeased.
