	1. DESCRIPTION

     **********************************************************************

Less Generic NPC mods provide unique dialogue filtered for individual
NPCs that replaces the generic responses usually encountered and
     create individual personalities and backstories.

LGNPC Ebonheart adds new dialogue and develops the personality of every
NPC in Ebonheart. Their characters are further developed as the player
     investigates 5 new quests.

	4. FEATURES

     **********************************************************************

LGNPC Khuul creates unique dialogue for 78 existing NPCs. This center
of bureaucracy is occupied by mostly serious, dutiful servants of the
Empire. There are 3560 new dialog entries covering 240 new and existing
     topics.

We offer 5 new quests - most available to any player regardless of
     faction affiliation.

LGNPC NoLore ready - some NPCs filtered for use with LGNPC NoLore to
generate indifferent replies on topics they shouldn't speak.

Children of Morrowind ready - Adds dialogue for parents of children
     introduced by Children of Morrowind.

     Some highlights include:

     - Witness inter-House political maneuvering.
     - Learn the truth behind the disappearance of the Lord's Mail.
     - Sample exotic liquors from every province in Tamriel courtesy of
       the East Empire Company.
     - Receive healing and cures from any Imperial Cult priest on the
       island.
     - Discover the hidden agenda of the Argonian Mission.
     - Unarmed legionnaires have been equipped - so behave yourself.

Refer to LGNPC_Ebonheart_Walkthrough.txt for assistance with any of
the quests introduced by this mod.

	5. VERSION HISTORY

     **********************************************************************

     Version 2.00

     - Initial Public release of completed installment.

     **********************************************************************

	6. COMPATIBILITY

     **********************************************************************

This plug-in depends on Morrowind only.

Do not use merged dialogues.esp (from TESTool) with this plug-in (or
     any other LGNPC installment)!

LGNPC Ebonheart has been cleaned with tes3cmd, date-stamped and local
reference indexes re-numbered with Wrye Mash. If you open this mod in
the game editor, use Wyre Mash to preserve the date stamp and local
     object reference index:

          Date stamp: 6/18/2008/11:00:00 PM
          Starting local reference index: 56759

Changing these values could alter load order and generate errors when
     loading saved games.

     CONFLICTS:

     - Scripts are added to three official NPCs. All are prisoners that
could not be releases (Alodie Jes, Joshur, and Norring). This was
done to make it possible to interact with them. However, this does
create the potential for a conflict with other mods. Such conflicts
may be resolved by merging objects using a third party utility.
Additionally, their prison doors have been overlain with ones that
cannot be opened to avoid the absurdity of the prisoners not leaving
an open cell. The doors can be disabled using the console.

     - "Vampire Embrace" by Cortex shares a dialogue filter with many LGNPC
mods that could result in unexpected problems in both mods.
